On December 13th, Ambassador Li Xiang attended and delivered a speech at the opening ceremony of overseas training program on engineering technology for Eritrea. Minister of Public Works Mr. Abraha Asfaha was present.

In his speech, Ambassador Li Xiang emphasized the deep traditional friendship between China and Eritrea, highlighting the close cooperation and fruitful results in the infrastructure sector. He expressed China’s willingness to share its experience and technology in engineering with Eritrea, aiming to jointly promote innovation and development in the engineering fields of both countries.

Minister Abraha expressed gratitude to the Chinese government for providing this training and encouraged the trainees to apply what they learn to their future work.
